Job Description

  • Developing new business through networking and cold calling
  • Arranging business meetings and following up leads
  • Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Learning about how products and services work
  • Learning about the industry sector in question – be it Manufacturing, banking, medical, retail, education
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
  • Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
  • Developing effective sales plans utilising sales methodology
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
  • Responsible for Sales of AMC and FMS services for entire Gujarat region.
  • Responsible for maintaining day to day business activities of Sales/Service Support, maintaining relation with customers.
  • Responsible for generating new sales business from new customer along with renewal of existing services contracts.
  • Responsible for maintaining CRM activity to retain the customer and to gain the new sales business from the same accounts for the renewal of AMC contract.
  • Abilities for Encouraging and motivating sales team and staff.
  • Responsible for attending review meets with our service delivery teams with clients to make service delivery process smooth also doing pre-sales activity customers for new technology environment.
  • Also acquired National FMS business from Gujarat territory.
  • Abilities for conducting review meeting & guiding to customers for new technology environment.
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  • Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
  • Answering any technical questions the client might have
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
